A listing on rankweb.lol, ordered by the amount bid. Your position is determined solely by your bid relative to everyone else's. Nothing is reviewed, curated or endorsed — a high position means someone paid for it and nothing more.

Anyone can outbid you at any moment, including seconds after you pay. You may also be outbid between starting checkout and completing it, in which case you will hold a lower position than the one displayed when you began. We do not reserve, hold or guarantee any rank for any length of time.

All bids are final. Because the service is delivered immediately on payment, by completing checkout you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right to cancel a digital services contract.

The one exception: if we remove your listing under section 05 for reasons that existed before you paid, we will refund you in full.

You must own the URL or account you list, or be authorised to promote it. You may not list anything unlawful, malicious, deceptive, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights, and you may not list a site that changes its content after listing to become any of those things.

Destinations are screened against Google Safe Browsing when listed and re-screened regularly. Screening is a filter, not a guarantee.

We may remove or suspend any listing at any time, for any reason, without notice — including listings that are flagged as unsafe, appear to be listed without authorisation, attract chargebacks, or that we simply do not want on the board.

Where removal is for something that arose after you paid, no refund is due.

Click counts, hourly rates and cost-per-click shown on the site are our own measurements. We exclude traffic we believe to be automated or duplicated, and count at most one click per visitor per listing per hour. Our figures are the ones the board runs on and will not match your analytics exactly.

We do not guarantee any volume of traffic. Estimates shown before you bid are derived from historical data and are not a promise.

Raising a chargeback rather than contacting us will result in your listing being removed immediately and permanently, and we may decline to accept future bids from you.

The site is provided as-is. We are not responsible for the content, conduct or availability of any site listed here, and linking to one is not a recommendation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may change these terms. Changes apply to bids placed after they are published, never retrospectively.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
